Our story

Ayati Studio was born out of family, roots, and the love for simple, natural living.

Our little adventure began in Dubai, where a Tunisian man met an Uyghur girl. Together, we built a life, welcomed our three daughters, and eventually moved to Germany five years ago to begin a new chapter.

For me, the journey goes back even further—to my childhood in a small village in Turpan. Life there was simple and close to nature: fruits came fresh from the farm, and a loofah was an everyday essential in the kitchen. Those memories have stayed with me and continue to inspire what we create today—products that are honest, natural, and nurturing.

Behind Ayati Studio is more than just soap and candle making—it’s our family’s shared journey.
• My husband is the pilot of this small business. With his eye for color and precision for measurements, he keeps us balanced and inspired (and sometimes takes a break to dive, bike, or race cars).
• Our eldest daughter, Lamees, is the artist behind the lens. She has been capturing our story from day one and also designs jewelry with her own creative flair.
• Our two younger girls are the heartbeat of our days—one playful like a bunny, one fierce like a cat. Their light and energy remind us every day why we create.
• And myself, once a teacher working with both British and American curriculums, I’ve always loved nurturing children and building meaningful experiences. Now, that same love flows into our handmade creations.

Every soap, candle, shampoo bar, or body butter we make carries this blend of family, nature, and resilience. We create not only for ourselves but for the community around us—so that together, we can bring simple, natural care back into our homes.

Welcome to our world—where every piece is handmade with heart.
