Products
Are your products really vegan and palm-oil free?
Yes! All Ayati Studio products are 100% vegan, palm-oil free, and made with natural, skin-friendly ingredients. We're committed to ethical, sustainable formulations.
What ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality natural oils, butters, essential oils, and plant-based ingredients. Each product page lists complete ingredients. If you have specific allergen concerns, please contact us.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated to be gentle and skin-friendly. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend checking the ingredient list and doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
How should I store my soap and candles?
Store soaps in a dry place between uses to extend their life. Keep candles away from direct sunlight and heat. Trim candle wicks to 5mm before each use.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Germany takes 2-4 business days. EU orders arrive within 5-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over €50 within Germany.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the EU. For inquiries about other regions, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Please contact us at contact@ayatistudio.com to initiate a return.
What Can Be Returned?
- Unopened/sealed products: All products (including soaps, skincare, and candles) can be returned within 14 days if they remain sealed and unused.
- Candles: Unused and unburned candles can be returned within 14 days, even if the packaging has been opened.
What Cannot Be Returned?
For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, including soaps and skincare products.
- Opened/unsealed soaps and skincare: Once the seal is broken or the product has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Used candles: Candles that have been burned cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Contact us at contact@ayatistudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and our return address
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or we made an error)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Wholesale & Custom Orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We work with retailers and offer bulk pricing for wholesale orders. Email us at contact@ayatistudio.com for more information.
